Insurance & Payment Policy
We currently accept contracted insurance plans with Aetna, Cigna, Moda, Optum, Premera-Blue Cross, Providence Health Plan, Regence BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, and Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) with managed care plans including Amerigroup, Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW), Coordinated Care, and Molina Healthcare; however, provider participation may vary. We’ll inform you if your chosen provider is not in-network.
We verify insurance benefits before your first appointment, but it is your responsibility to understand your coverage. Please note that benefit information is not a guarantee of payment—patients are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.
All co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances are due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 no-show fee.

60-minute Initial Psychiatric Assessment (CPT code: 99204, 99205, 90791, 90792)
30-minute Individual Brief Psychotherapy (CPT code: 90833, 90834, 90837)
30-minute Medication Management Follow-up Appointment (CPT code: 99213, 99214, 99215)
Payments:
A credit or debit card must be kept on file prior to your initial appointment, though you may update your authorized payment method at any time. Card payments are processed securely through IvyPay and include a 2.75% processing fee.
Check or ACH payments are accepted without fees and should be made payable to “Zenergy Psychiatric Services.” For all other payment arrangements, please leave a voicemail at (360) 600-7043 with your full name and outstanding balance, and an invoice link will be sent to your email for online card payment.

Please update provider regarding any changes to insurance prior to your appointment in order to avoid unforeseen costs.
