Insurance & Payment Policy

We currently accept contracted insurance plans with Aetna, Moda, Optum, and Premera-Blue Cross; however, provider participation may vary. We’ll inform you if your chosen provider is not in-network.

We verify insurance benefits before your first appointment, but it is your responsibility to understand your coverage. Please note that benefit information is not a guarantee of payment—patients are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.

All co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances are due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 no-show fee.

SELF-PAY RATES (These rates may vary due to complexity and time spent)

$325 – Initial Psychiatric Assessment (CPT code: 99204, 99205)

$220 – 30-minute Individual Brief Psychotherapy (CPT code: 90833, 90834)

$160 – 15-minute Medication Management Follow-up Appointment (CPT code: 99213, 99214)

Online Payments:

Please leave a voicemail at (360) 600-7043 with your full name and balance due and you will be sent an invoice link to your email that allows for online card payment. 

Mailed payments:

Please send to: Zenergy Psychiatric Services LLC, 4400 NE 77th Ave, Vancouver, Suite 275, WA 98662 with the stub from your billing statement.

Insurance cards:

Please update provider regarding any changes to insurance prior to your appointment in order to avoid unforeseen costs.
